Woke yesterday to a smokey hazy ashy mess. The wildfire near San Dimas had doubled in size from 4000 acres destroyed at bedtime to 8000 by morning. The air was difficult to breathe and it smelled like an old campfire. I haven't tuned into the news today to see how much more damage it has done. It's still hazy but the wind has changed so it's not nearly so bad. If I hear anyone complain this winter when it rains I'm gonna smack 'em up side the head.
