Happy Birthday Mom!

I got to see a movie last night with a couple of girlfriends. The Hours. Good film. Depressing. But the film was nearly over by the first time I checked my watch. That's the way I judge a film. How long it takes me to wonder when I'm gonna get to go home.

It seems we might be getting some more weather around these parts. Doubtfully anything that would make anyone anywhere else blink, but we get excited when the wind blows here. I haven't seen the weather report, but it just feels like something might be a-brewin'.

Man am I tired. I guess I'll put off doing the Christmas cards yet another day.
